We built this place around the idea that a night at the tables works better as part of a bigger stay, not the entire reason for one. Nine years in, that's still how we run every wing of the building.
A Dead Rail Yard, a Long Bet on the Riverfront
The ground Marble Ace sits on used to be switching yard for freight lines that shifted their operations east of downtown decades ago, leaving a long stretch of riverfront doing nothing. When the ownership group bought the parcel in 2015, the bet wasn't just on gaming — it was on the property standing up as a real family destination in its own right, with the floor as one piece of something bigger rather than the entire pitch.
Every addition since has followed that same logic: a second dining room, then the five-room spa, then the current indoor pool and outdoor sundeck. Each one exists to give a guest a real reason to stay past a single night, not just to pad the amenity list.

The dining menus and the spa's ingredient list both trace back to the Missouri riverfront and the Loess Hills specifically — nothing here is a generic layout that could just as easily sit in another state.
