Not One Interior Room in the Building
Every single suite steps out onto its own terrace, looking either toward the Missouri or east toward the Loess Hills. That wasn't an afterthought — the whole floor plan was drawn around it.
Three Layouts, Depending on What Brought You Here
Prairie King Room
At 310 square feet with either a king bed or two queens, this is the one solo travelers and weekenders book most, with a terrace looking east toward the Loess Hills.
River Terrace Room
Same 310-square-foot footprint, same bed options, but the terrace faces the Missouri directly — on the fourth floor and up, you can watch the sunrise without getting out of bed.
Marble Ace Suite
A full 580 square feet with the bedroom and living room split apart, a wet bar, a soaking tub, and a wraparound terrace — the one families and anniversary trips tend to book.
None of This Costs Extra
Instead of charging separately for what guests always end up asking for anyway, we just built it into the base rate.
- Wi-Fi across the whole property, no fee
- A mini fridge and coffee setup in every room
- Blackout curtains and a terrace door that keeps the noise out
- Rain shower or soaking tub, depending on which suite you book
- A smart TV with your streaming apps ready to go
- Same-day housekeeping if you ask for it
We Don't Wait Until You Check Out to Clean
Housekeeping comes through daily on every stay, and River Terrace Rooms and the Marble Ace Suite can add turndown service just by asking. Something breaks or needs fixing mid-stay? Maintenance usually has it handled within the hour.
